Essential Functions:
* Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times
* Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure smooth service period
* Execute recipes to the letter and assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
* Portions food products prior to cooking according to recipe specifications
* Follows all food safety and sanitation standards
* Follows and completes production sheets
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Able to meet deadlines in completion of daily workload
* Set up and tear down of workstation
* Polite and professional communication style
* Understands and utilizes FIFO
* Performs other related duties as requested by the leadership team

Who we are:
Taher, Inc. is a family-owned and operated, chef-driven, food service management company specializing in K-12 school lunch management in our growing nationwide footprint. Taher, Inc. maintains a consistent presence in Food Service Management's Top 25 companies.

* 2 years' previous food service experience preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced environment
* Good team work approach to daily tasks
* Do simple arithmetic
* Able to follow oral and written directions
* Be able to lift 30 Lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
* Must successfully pass a criminal background check
