As a Country Manager in Lithuania, you will take full ownership of launching a brand-new live casino studio from scratch and building a scalable local operation.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role, combining construction oversight, operational setup, and team build-out, with full responsibility for establishing a high-performing studio aligned with global standards.

Unlike more mature locations, this role is focused on zero-to-one execution — setting up infrastructure, implementing processes, and building the organization on the ground.
