• →Drive student enrolments and achieve ambitious sales targets for Ireland
• →Personally work with prospective students, understand their goals, overcome barriers and close enrolments
• →Build and develop the Irish sales team to improve performance
• →Take ownership of the Dublin office and ensure it operates effectively
• →Identify and develop opportunities to grow CNM's presence throughout Ireland
• →Drive local marketing, partnerships, events, PR and wellness outreach
• →Represent CNM at exhibitions, open days, wellness events and industry partnerships
• →Monitor results closely and take action when targets are not being achieved
