Attend and facilitate meetings with clients and partners to address ongoing needs and strategic initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated operational, provider, and member issues.
Collaborate with the Account Coordinator to ensure timely client follow-ups.
Analyze client reporting and trends related to claims processing, negotiations, and balance billing to identify improvement opportunities.
Communicate client expectations, feedback and workflow updates to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with client needs are met.
