Our Restaurant Manager is hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. The Butcher Social Club is a living lobby restaurant offering lounge areas, game tables, swing seats, a two-story living green wall, music and artwork. It is a place where guests connect, hang out, meet and certainly have a great night out. Not only burgers but also other great food will be served accompanied with live DJ music every night. The location of The Butcher Social Club is also a popular location for amazing events to take place.

  Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale dining environment.

  Exceptional understanding of dining service standards, trends, and customer expectations.

  Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.

  Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth.

• →

  Foster a culture of excellence among the team, providing guidance, support, and training.

  Collaborate with the service teams to maintain THE BUTCHER’s high standards.

  Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.

  Drive promotional initiatives to increase restaurant visibility and engagement.

  Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dining environment.

  Located in or nearby Gibraltar (flexible with commuting)

  Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
