We are a well-established digital agency in Hong Kong.  We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join us. This role bridges client needs and internal delivery teams, translating business problems into digital solutions. The ideal candidate understands both consultative selling and how digital projects actually work.  

  • Identify, explore, and pursue new sales opportunities across target industries.

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and proposal to deal closure.

  • Understand client business challenges and propose tailored solution offerings.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business stakeholders.

  • Represent theOrigo to participate in marketing events to generate leads and expand business opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure feasible and competitive solutions.


Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital, IT solutions, or related sales.

  • Proven track record in new business development and solution-based selling, preferably in digital agency

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded

  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex client needs. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Able to  collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing or Information Technology or related disciplines. 

  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English; additional language skills are a plus.
