Whether you are experienced in sales or just starting your career, the team is committed to helping motivated individuals succeed in a structured and supportive environment. This is a performance-driven role offering strong earning potential, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity for career advancement. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with new clients and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate options Follow up with prospective and existing clients to provide continued support and service Maintain accurate records of client interactions and information Work toward individual performance goals while contributing to a collaborative team environment Schedule: Monday - Friday Compensation: $73k-80k OTE year one Requirements Ideal Background Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfort speaking with people and building professional relationships Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Organized and detail oriented Basic familiarity with computer programs such as word processing, spreadsheets, and CRM tools A positive, confident, and professional approach Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
