As a Sales Enablement Manager supporting our international team, you'll work closely with international sales teams, their leaders, enablement peers, and cross-functional partners to execute programmes and provide ongoing training that accelerates the performance of sales professionals.

  • Develop, facilitate, and sustain engaging and impactful training sessions and programmes (both live and on-demand) for ramped and unramped AEs, including measuring impact on performance
  • Customise the sales motion for the SMB segment, including talk tracks and positioning
  • Own communications to the SMB segment
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deliver training content
  • Support sales leadership in executing initiatives that drive key metrics and attainment of sales goals
  • Reinforce tools that enhance seller performance
  • Maintain training and enablement materials
  • Execute training events and occasional onsite meetings
  • Direct sales experience in a closing role with a track record of high performance
  • Proven expertise in sales methodologies such as Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, or MEDDPICC, with a demonstrated ability to drive adoption and measurable results
  • Previous sales enablement or training experience (formal or informal)
  • Proven track record of coaching and mentorship
  • Project management and content creation experience
  • Strong decision-making skills and execution ability
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand the sales process and identify strengths and development areas in sellers, with a structured approach to feedback and coaching
  • Data-driven mindset with a habit of tying enablement work back to performance outcomes
  • A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and is energised by navigating ambiguity rather than waiting for perfect conditions
  • Natural curiosity and a genuine appetite for learning, whether that's about the product, the market, or what makes sellers tick
  • Enthusiasm for AI and a willingness to actively incorporate AI tools into how you work and how you build enablement
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce
  • Experience in a growth or expansion sales motion is a plus, whether through account management, upselling, or a similar capacity
  • Comfort working across time zones; you'll support our existing international markets and may contribute to the launch of new one.
