Responsibilities

  • As part of the Corporate Accounts team you will be liaising daily with our corporate clients to understand their event requirements

  • You will proactively generate opportunity through customer retention and account growth 

  • You will also proactively generate new business opportunities by building and maintaining a sales pipeline, leveraging networking, industry research, and targeted outreach

  • Develop and implement lead generation initiatives to expand your book of business.

  • You will manage a pipeline of events from qualifying the brief to sourcing options, building proposals, organising site visits and helping with contract negotiations through to booking

  • You will source venues for customer events by sending and managing venue recommendations via the VenueScanner platform and sourcing off platform where needed

  • You will assist your customers with additional event requirements through our supplier partnerships in F&B, entertainment, team activities and more

  • You will be responsible for managing business relationships in order to drive repeat business and assist in their whole calendar of events

  • You will be looking for ways to optimise processes to improve performance and feedback to the wider team on product enhancements and improvements requested by corporate customers 

  • A passion for events either with venuefinding experience or having worked in the events industry planning corporate events for 4+ years (events based degree a plus)

  • Love recommending venues and have a good knowledge of venues across London and the UK

  • Self motivated, proactive and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in

  • Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner

  • Passionate about building relationships and working in a team

  • Fast and efficient, you love being organised and delivering at pace

  • Excellent presentation building skills and able to pull together proposals with a strong attention to detail

  • You enjoy having consultative conversations to identify opportunities for growth within your customer base
