Do you have high ambitions for your commercial career, and you are tired of selling in a small territory, colleagues stealing your leads and reading off scripts? Advance your career at Vesper in a high-growth scaleup on the canals.  

Vesper is 7 years old with a strong product-market fit and a team of hard working and ambitious people who are taking it to the next level!

This is not your typical AE role. You will be joining a high-performing commercial organization where you will have ownership, impact, and uncapped potential to achieve your goals. This role is for an ambitious closer looking for a high-growth company that is redefining the global food industry.

  • Own Your Success: You have complete control over the sales cycle. No silos, no hand-holding, just real responsibility and the opportunity to make a massive impact.

  • Work with customers around the world: Start your morning with prospects in Asia, connect with European decision-makers by midday, and close deals in the Americas in the afternoon. You’ll gain exposure to international markets and sharpen your skills across cultures.

  • Hone Your Sales Mastery: You will be selling to procurement managers—some of the toughest negotiators out there. This isn’t just another sales job; it’s an elite training ground for top-tier closers.

  • Supported by a Top Marketing & SDR Team: Our demand gen engine is strong. You’ll work alongside a highly effective marketing team and a dedicated SDR team that books you qualified meetings with ICP accounts. Cold calling works in our business. 

  • We Invest in Your Growth: We regularly hire trainers, run the internal Vesper Academy, and provide coaching to sharpen your pitch, negotiation, and closing techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales: Own the end-to-end sales process, running 12+ high-impact demos per week and converting prospects into paying customers.

  • Strategic Targeting: Work closely with SDRs to refine messaging, target high-value accounts, and optimize our approach to maximize conversions.

  • Closing Deals: Design the right subscription packages, navigate complex negotiations, and secure high-value contracts with key decision-makers.

  • Growing Our Market Share: You’ll have the freedom to work across our Ideal Customer Profile, targeting FMCG and food companies worldwide.
