VIATechnik is on a mission to lead the built environment in creating a better future, today. We are one team of over 500 digital experts around the globe. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed architects, engineers, tradespersons, researchers, and business leaders. Together, we empower clients through high-quality, high-velocity experiences that consistently improve outcomes across the design, construction, and operations of buildings and infrastructure. Our clients include Amazon, Mars Wrigley, and National Geographic, the firms shaping the world's most ambitious projects.

We are hiring a Digital Twin Solutions Consultant to accelerate the growth of Voyager, VIATechnik's digital twin platform. This is a hands-on, forward-deployed role. You will prove Voyager's value on a prospect's real buildings, systems, and data, working directly with owners of large real estate portfolios and their facilities teams to understand how they operate today and show exactly where a digital twin changes their workflows, costs, and KPIs.

You will own the technical side of the sales cycle, from discovery with facilities, IT, and operations stakeholders, to demos and proofs of concept built on customer data, to scoping integrations with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), building automation systems (BAS), IoT platforms, and BIM and reality capture sources. You will build the business cases and technical proposals that get deals approved, partner with an Account Executive and leadership through negotiation and contracting, and stay embedded through deployment alongside our implementation and customer success teams. What you learn in the field will shape each client's deployment and the Voyager product roadmap, and you will do your best work here if you turn ambiguous customer problems into working solutions without waiting for a playbook.

  • Lead technical discovery that qualifies Voyager opportunities early by mapping each customer's workflows, stakeholders, and operational gaps and quantifying what those gaps cost. Complete at least one detailed customer profile each month.
  • Within 90 days, build a complete working command of Voyager, including its data population and data integration workflows. Take that expertise into customer environments and become a trusted advisor to their facility teams.
  • Generate $600,000 in annual Voyager revenue across net new, cross-sell, and up-sell contracts. Get there by building relationships with technical and economic buyers, developing sharp business cases, and partnering with leadership and the Account Executive through negotiation, close, and handoff.
  • Configure Voyager demos and proofs of concept on customer data, and scope integrations with CMMS, BAS, IoT, BIM, and reality capture sources.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed and embed in facility operations long enough to understand how each building actually runs, then connect Voyager to the team's priorities around reliability, uptime, data access, and efficiency.
  • Turn field conversations into product and marketing insight by sharing objections, win and loss patterns, user stories, and creative applications of Voyager. Contribute to positioning, case studies, and campaigns that generate at least two inbound leads per month.
  • Build your own reusable discovery tools, integration patterns, data-mapping templates, scripts, and demo datasets that make each new proof of value faster, with a direct line to product management to make sure Voyager supports your work.
  • You have hands-on experience with building systems, building data management, or facility management workflows, and you can speak credibly with the people who keep buildings running.
  • You have worked with BIM, digital twin, or facility management platforms and understand how building data moves between them.
  • You have built API or data integrations and are comfortable working directly in a customer's data to prove a point.
  • You have led complex solutioning or consulting engagements and turned what you learned into a business case a buyer approved.
  • You create momentum on your own and would rather solve an open problem than follow a finished playbook.

VIATechnik is a results-driven firm. People who thrive here take ownership of their work, act on their own initiative, and stay focused on outcomes. They are intellectually curious, resourceful, and direct in how they communicate.

This role rewards someone who creates opportunities independently, holds credible technical conversations with facilities and IT teams, and translates what they learn into a clear solution and business case. You will document each opportunity thoroughly so account management and implementation teams start with the right context. This role is not a fit for someone who wants a defined territory, an inherited client list, or a step-by-step sales script. If you are energized by the intersection of technical problem-solving, relationship building, and commercial impact, this environment is built for you.

VIATechnik needs a solutions consultant who creates opportunities without waiting for direction, understands how a customer's facilities operate, and builds the business case for how Voyager improves them. In return, you will play a central role in bringing an early-stage product to market, with direct access to leadership and real influence over sales strategy, product direction, and marketing. Your earnings are tied directly to the Voyager revenue you help create.
