- Manage and expand existing customer relationships in Germany in industrial automation, Machine Vision, and related sectors.
- Identify and acquire strategically important new customers and target industries for the client's products and technologies.
- Build up and nurture long-term relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts.
- Handle customer inquiries, deliver compelling product presentations, and work closely with customers to ensure the successful implementation of complex, high-value applications.
- Analyze the market, customers, and competitive situation to continuously improve the sales strategy.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development for technical high-end products in the Machine Vision industry.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Marketing, or Economics or a related education.
- Solid technical understanding of LED-lighting and optical systems - preferably in the Machine Vision industry - is a plus.
- Willingness to take over responsibility for our client's business in Germany and drive
sustainable growth. - Self-motivated and hands-on personality with leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
- Very good communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
