Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Representative with strong communication skills and a technical mindset to engage with inbound leads seeking assistance with Facebook and Instagram account-related issues.
Customers may be experiencing challenges such as hacked accounts, disabled profiles, advertising restrictions, account access problems, or other platform-related concerns. Your role will be to understand their situation, explain available solutions, build trust, and convert qualified inquiries into paying customers.
This position combines sales, customer service, and technical problem-solving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with inbound leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer issues related to Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- Clearly explain available services and solutions in a professional and easy-to-understand manner.
- Qualify leads and guide customers through the sales process.
- Convert inquiries into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build trust and rapport with customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, appointment setting, lead generation, or another client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable handling phone-based conversations and overcoming objections.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand digital platform-related issues.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cybersecurity, technology services, SaaS, digital marketing, or social media-related industries.
- Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Meta advertising platforms, or social media account management.
- Experience handling inbound sales leads and closing sales.
- Understanding of common account security issues, hacking incidents, account recovery processes, and platform access challenges.
- Experience working in a BPO, call center, or remote sales environment.
