Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the Hamilton-Niagara real estate market
Member of TRREB or Cornerstone Association of Realtors
Proven ability to generate and close business
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Tech-comfortable and proficient with MLS and CRM systems
Self-motivated, organized, and professional
Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle
