With a streamlined digital process, customers can easily configure and order tailor-made frames with rapid delivery options. At Toelevering Online, customers don’t just browse, they arrive with intent.
They create an account, explore the configurator and are often just one step away from ordering. That’s the moment that matters and today, it’s not fully utilized yet.
As a Sales Agent, you take ownership of that moment. You drive rapid activation and conversion of new and engaged prospects by applying timely, relevant “customer pressure” across key touchpoints. You move fast, follow up where it counts, and turn interest into action. You do this by owning two critical flows:
1. New account activation
– Follow up on every new account within minutes
– Start the conversation and understand the customer’s project
– Guide them toward their first order
2. Warm lead follow-up
– Reach out to prospects who engaged via DMs and visited the website
– Use context to make every interaction relevant
– Convert interest into a clear next step
Your goal is clear: reduce drop-off, increase conversion, and make sure potential becomes revenue. This is a focused, hands-on role, directly tied to growth where it matters most
3. Customer retention / churn prevention
– Call customers who have missed the heartbeat to re-engage them
– Understand why they dropped off and address their concerns
– Win them back and bring them into the active customer base
Immediate lead follow-up: Contact all new accounts within 5 minutes to qualify needs and drive the first key action
Trigger-based outreach: Proactively engage prospects who interacted with DMs and visited the website, using personalized context
Conversion-focused communication: Apply structured, timely follow-ups across channels to push prospects toward activation and purchase
Lead qualification & routing: Identify high-intent prospects and ensure smooth handover to Sales with full context
CRM & data discipline: Accurately log all interactions and maintain clean, actionable prospect data
Performance optimization: Monitor results, identify drop-offs, and continuously improve outreach timing, messaging, and conversion rates
Native-level proficiency in Dutch (any other language is a plus, especially German)
Customer-first mindset with commercial drive: Naturally focused on helping customers, while actively steering conversations toward conversion
Strong communication skills: Confident on the phone and able to adapt messaging quickly to different prospect types
Proactive and fast-paced: Comfortable working with urgency (e.g., 5-minute follow-ups) and high lead volumes
Sales-oriented thinking: Able to recognize buying signals, handle objections, and push for next steps
Data-aware and structured: Works effectively with CRM systems and uses data to prioritize and improve performance
Resilient and persistent: Follows up consistently without losing quality or customer experience
