WLC is a global business with a team of 110+ iGaming professionals. Our team operates across Europe, Latin America, the Philippines, and beyond.

Position Summary


We are seeking a BDM to join our Sales department. As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new commercial opportunities within the global iGaming market. The successful candidate will drive company growth by building alliances, negotiating deals, and executing market-entry strategies.


Key Responsibilities


Duties will include but are not limited to: 


  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partners
  • Create and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
  • Manage ongoing relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth
  • Travel to clients, expos and other industry events on behalf of the company to gain sales leads.


Requirements
 

  • This role requires a strong background in strategic sales, partnerships, and market expansion, as well as a deep understanding of B2B/B2C dynamics in the gaming sector, specifically on platform (casino/sportsbook) and white labels.
  • A good understanding of iGaming technologies, content providers, and regulatory framework.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving revenue or market-share targets is a must
  • Experience in the same industry is required, a pre existing network is a plus.
  • To be available to travel internationally as needed.
