Event Sales Representative - Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey

Join Window Nation as a part-time Event Sales Representative and gain hands-on experience engaging customers and generating leads in a fast-paced environment.

• →Actively approach and engage event attendees
• →Start conversations and generate interest in our products
• →Qualify homeowners and schedule in-home appointments
• →Work toward lead goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• →Help set up and break down event booths (materials up to 50 lbs.)

• Travel to local events (home shows, festivals, fairs, markets)
• Set up branded displays and materials
• Be on your feet engaging with event attendees (6–8 hours)
• Capture lead info and keep things organized
• Pack up and break down at the end of the event
• Schedule: Evenings and weekends (when events are busiest and most profitable)
• Hours: 10–30 hours/week, including at least 2 weekends per month

• You’re comfortable talking to new people all day
• You bring energy, confidence, and a strong work ethic
• You’re reliable and show up ready to perform
• You’re motivated by goals and performance-based earnings
• You can stay on your feet for extended periods
• Customer-facing experience helps (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.) but isn’t required

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodation
• Ability to stand for 6–8 hours, with or without accommodation
• Reliable transportation to event locations

• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience
• Comfortable speaking one-on-one or in small groups
• Bilingual is a plus
