As a Sales Manager for Wolt Benefits, you will play a key role in growing our network of merchants and employer partners across Finland.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing partnerships with organizations that help make Wolt Benefits more accessible and valuable for users. Depending on your focus area, this means either helping merchants start accepting Wolt Benefits as a payment method across physical and digital channels, or partnering with employers to introduce Wolt Benefits as part of their employee benefits offering.
You will act as a trusted commercial partner, taking the time to understand each organization's needs and goals, and working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that create long-term value. From the first conversation through onboarding and adoption, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring successful partnerships and sustainable growth.
Beyond sales, you will help strengthen relationships, improve performance, and contribute to the development of our offering. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams on operational and product-related topics, helping shape processes, improve the customer and partner experience, and support the continued growth of Wolt Benefits.
- Identify, prospect, and close new key partners across Finland
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through structured outreach, consultative sales, and relationship driven account development
- Lead commercial discussions with decision makers and negotiate partnerships and contracts with larger merchant organizations
- Work closely with partners and internal stakeholders on topics related to online payments, POS integrations, operational setup, and go live readiness
- Participate in testing and development work to help validate partner journeys, payment flows, and new solutions before launch
- Manage and grow a portfolio of partners, acting as the main point of contact and helping develop the partnership over time
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing to improve our solutions and partner experience
- Track pipeline development, sales performance, and key learnings in our CRM and share insights with relevant stakeholders
We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial drive with a hands on, solution oriented mindset and enjoys working in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment. You know how to navigate sales processes, build trust with key stakeholders, and support partners beyond the initial deal.
You bring
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience working with merchant sales, onboarding, or partner development
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with senior decision makers
- A consultative and customer focused approach, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions
- Confidence in working cross functionally with commercial, operational, and product teams
- Interest in or experience with topics such as online payments, POS systems, integrations, or merchant operations
- A structured way of working and comfort using CRM tools such as Pipedrive
- A proactive, self starting attitude and willingness to contribute hands on in a flat organization
- Ambition, resilience, and creativity in solving customer problems and driving opportunities forward
- Professional fluency in Finnish and English
