Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Identify and evaluate potential real estate projects and investment opportunities.

Conduct market research to analyze property trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with real estate developers, agents, and corporate clients.

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team.

Drive team performance through KPIs, sales targets, and structured performance reviews.

Negotiate contracts, agreements, and closings with high-value clients.

Ensure strong sales funnel management and timely reporting to senior management.

Develop long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and effective communication.

Oversee client onboarding, after-sales service, and satisfaction levels.

Act as a key contact for VIP and corporate clients to ensure smooth deal execution.

Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure successful project execution.

Maintain compliance with company policies, market regulations, and documentation standards.

Monitor post-sale operations, including handover and client retention activities.
Requirements
