The Freight Experience: You have 2+ years of experience at a freight brokerage. You’ve managed carriers, and understand the 3PL lifecycle from quote to cash.

Now we are searching for Business Development Representative — someone, who will be responsible for hunting and qualifying new opportunities by engaging high-level decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, and discovery calls.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
~1 min readIndustry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the North American freight market.
Social Selling: Proven ability to leverage LinkedIn for lead generation and brand building.
Tech Stack: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills (you know the difference between a "sales pitch" and a "logistics solution").
