As an Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for managing and maintaining existing accounts for ABF. You work proactively to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships, initiating upselling opportunities, and accurately following up on orders and quotations. As an Inside sales Representative, you play an important role in driving revenue growth and supporting the success of our sales team.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all matters concerning key accounts.

  • Handle quotations, orders, and customer inquiries accurately and promptly.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

  • Develop a SMART sales plan for your region, including actionable KPI’s.

  • Independently manage and expand relationships with existing customers.

  • Analyze customer needs to uncover and implement tailored upselling and cross-selling solutions.

 

About you:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a commercial role.

  • You are fluent in French and English (min. C1 level), Dutch is a strong plus.

  • Commercially minded, proactive and a good communicator.

  • You will work between 09:30 till 18:00h.

  • Preferably available for a fulltime role (40h per week), but open to 32 hours. Ocassionally shifts until 20h.

  • You hold a driving license (B).

 

Our application process

After a successful first interview, we will invite you to a trainee session of approximately two hours. During this session, you will get a behind-the-scenes look, giving you a solid understanding of our organization and the nature of the work.

A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) request and an assessment may be part of the selection procedure.

Only 6% of our customers are in the Netherlands; the remaining customers are primarily in other European countries and are further fragmented worldwide.

  • Location: Roosendaal (Head Office), Rotterdam, Eindhoven or Nijmegen.

  • 28 vacation days, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days.

  • One week per year working remotely from abroad.
