Account Manager- Cross Border COE

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. They work closely with their aligned Canada team. This role is responsible for understanding client needs, managing day-to-day account activities, identifying opportunities for additional products or services, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
