As we grow, we are seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives who are ready to contribute from day one.
This position is NOT entry-level. We are specifically seeking inside sales professionals who:
- Have at least 2 years of successful inside sales experience, ideally in an inbound high-volume or call center environment
- Consistently meet or exceed quotas and are motivated by performance-based earnings
- Are skilled at consultative selling, uncovering customer needs, and closing on the first call
- Excel at working with CRM platforms and using data to drive results
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively
- Can upsell and cross-sell without sounding scripted or pushy

Responsibilities

- →Use a consultative approach to assess customer needs and present tailored solutions
- →Upsell and cross-sell services to increase customer value and revenue per interaction
- →Hit and exceed monthly sales quotas with consistency
- →Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM
- →Collaborate with a high-performing team to share techniques and stay sharp on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements

- Strong verbal communication, rapport-building, and closing skills
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or GED (college a plus)
