The Restaurant Host will be the face of the dining establishment, welcoming guests with warmth and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from entry to seating. This role is key to maintaining high standards of customer service and efficient restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

• →Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and courteous manner
• →Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently to optimize seating arrangements
• →Coordinate with the wait staff and kitchen to ensure timely seating and service
• →Provide information about the menu, daily specials, and answer guest inquiries
• →Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure guest satisfaction
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area

• →Previous experience as a Restaurant Host, Hostess, or similar role preferred
• →Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• →Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• →Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• →Positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
• →Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
