  • Drive territory growth by identifying, developing, and expanding relationships with research, biotech, and life sciences customers. 
  • Manage the full business development cycle, including prospecting, account planning, solution positioning, proposal development, and closing activity. 
  • Support sales efforts for a portfolio of research products with meaningful exposure to antibody and immunology-related applications. 
  • Serve as a trusted commercial partner to customers by translating scientific needs into practical product recommendations. 
  • Build long-term relationships with technical and procurement stakeholders across academic, biotechnology, and applied research settings. 
  • Work independently in a remote capacity while traveling as needed to support customer meetings, industry events, and business development activity. 
  • Contribute to a growth-stage commercial team by helping refine sales strategy, market approach, and customer engagement practices. 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences required. Advanced degree preferred, but not required. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in antibody or antisera sales. 
  • Strong background working with rabbit polyclonal antibodies is required. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and commercial audiences. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work remotely and travel as needed. 
  • Comfortable operating in a growth-stage, evolving business environment.
