About the Role
~1 min readThe BDR plays a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers through calling. This position focuses on inviting customers to sign up for a free Kyndryl Institute program, where customers can get monthly updates. The role requires proactive engagement with clients and Kyndryl stakeholders to drive results. Ultimately, this role aims to reach the number of sign-ups within the next 3 months.
Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in the BPO or contact center industry, preferably in a digital or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of outbound calling or business development role and knowledge in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in sales services, technology, lead generation, or customer care.
- Experience or knowledge in customer experience, information technology, or related disciplines.
- Proven ability in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
