- Make 30-40 cold calls and send 30-40 personalized emails daily
- Research and add 15+ new contacts into your call cadence to build your pipeline
- Collaborate with Account Executives to discuss and strategize methods to engage targeted accounts and setting quality meetings
- Utilize LinkedIn and Salesforce to identify, track, and engage prospects effectively
- Participate in various meetings, including 1:1s, team meetings, trainings, and sales calls, to continuously develop your sales skills and industry knowledge
- Engage in peer collaboration, sharing best practices, role-playing, and learning from “oops moments” to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain self-discipline, accountability, and reliability in all tasks and goals
- Month 1: Achieve 2 demos and engage with 10 providers
- Month 2: Achieve 5 demos and engage with 25 providers
- Month 3: Achieve 7 demos and engage with 60 providers
- 0-2 years of sales experience; open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn
- CRM experience is a plus (Salesforce preferred but not required)
- Candidates with experience in summer sales or young recruiters are strongly encouraged to apply
- A passion for being an SDR and developing into a sales professional
- Persistence

What We Offer
~1 min read✓Base Salary: $45,000 - $60,000
✓On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

✓401K match: 100% match for the first 3% contributed and a 50% match for the next 2%
