The Enterprise Account Executive is a senior, high-impact role responsible for driving significant sales growth by penetrating and securing business with the largest, most strategic accounts in our target market. You are responsible for defining and executing a strategic account plan to drive massive revenue growth. This involves navigating large organizational structures, establishing rapport with executive decision-makers, and aligning internal resources (Product, Legal, Account Management) to deliver customized, enterprise-wide solutions. You must be adept at negotiating enterprise level agreements and driving momentum throughout the lengthy sales cycle.

Prior sales experience in the learning, e-learning, HR software, or well-being industry.
Prior experience working at a fast-growing startup.
Previous experience working in a remote & distributed team.

Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions.
Active relationship builder who can collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication.
