As one of the fastest- growing companies in the industry Capital Vacations Voyage Sales Representative speaks with guests after they have met with the sales representative to discuss becoming a trial owner with Capital Vacations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Presents information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
- →Completes property tours of the condos and discuss guest needs
- →Build the dream of vacation for guests
- →Map out the benefits Capital Vacations travel program has to offer
- →Calls Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
- →All other duties as assigned
- High School diploma/GED referred
- Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one
- Maintain 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Excellent customer services kills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule
Shift:
- Full Time Position - Possible Holidays and Weekends
