Voyage Sales Representative

As one of the fastest- growing companies in the industry Capital Vacations Voyage Sales Representative speaks with guests after they have met with the sales representative to discuss becoming a trial owner with Capital Vacations.

• →Presents information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
• →Completes property tours of the condos and discuss guest needs
• →Build the dream of vacation for guests
• →Map out the benefits Capital Vacations travel program has to offer
• →Calls Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
• →All other duties as assigned

• High School diploma/GED referred
• Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one
• Maintain 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports

• Maintain a high level of professionalism
• Excellent customer services kills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible schedule

Shift:

• Full Time Position - Possible Holidays and Weekends
