About the Role
~1 min readThe Account Executive (AE), Major Accounts will work closely with and provide essential support to the Enterprise Sales Executive (EAE), ensuring customer success and retention while assisting with account growth. This role is ideal for those who excel at collaboration, managing customer relationships and value the importance of in-person interaction.
This role will support accounts primarily in the South and Southwest

Experience in customer service and retention, with a focus on solutions-based selling.

Ability to work collaboratively with the Enterprise Sales Executive (EAE), contributing to shared goals.

Confident and proficient in utilizing technology for virtual and in-person meetings and presentations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills in a remote setting.

Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs and industry trends.
- →
Prior experience in advertising, SaaS, software solutions sales, or digital marketplace.
- →
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
5+ years of relevant sales experience in a complex, SaaS or advertising environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Consistent track record of quota attainment and a drive to continuously succeed.
CRM fluency: Salesforce (preferred), HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience in Google Analytics and GA4 analysis preferred.
Experience selling complex digital advertising, ad tech, marketing SaaS, classifieds, automotive solutions, and/or marketplaces solutions to business leaders.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients face-to-face and further develop business relationships.
