Pastry Chef

Chicken N Pickle is a unique, indoor/outdoor family entertainment complex that includes a casual, chef-driven restaurant and sports bar, pickleball courts and professional instruction, space for live entertainment, a variety of yard games and space to lounge outdoors with (or without) your dog. Each venue offers indoor and outdoor space for public and private parties and hosts an impressive schedule of events including concerts, charitable fundraisers, watch parties and more.

• →Lead day-to-day baking and pastry production in a high-volume environment
• →Develop and maintain recipes, production standards, and quality controls
• →Build efficient systems and processes to support growth and increased volume
• →Hire, train, and develop bakery team members
• →Manage inventory, food costs, labor, and production schedules
• →Partner with culinary and operations leadership to expand and improve the program
• →Maintain high standards for quality, consistency, food safety, and presentation

• Extensive professional baking and/or pastry experience
• Proven experience in a high-volume production environment
• Previous leadership or management experience
• Experience building, expanding, or scaling a bakery, pastry, or food production operation
• Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, production planning, and operational efficiency
• Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build something from the ground up
• Hospitality, restaurant, bakery, catering, or large-scale foodservice experience preferred
