We are recruiting for two Secondment roles
The role will comprise two key components:
- Develop and excute account plans for specific existing clients
- Generate and convert opportunities for incremental revenue
Already established as an expert in CloudMargin or similar platforms, you will develop deep relationships with selected key accounts, identifying key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and developing incremental revenue opportunities.

Key Account Management
· Partner with clients to understand their business goals, to identify relevant client stakeholder roles and to generate distinct business opportunities for CloudMargin
· Strengthen clients’ perception of CloudMargin as a business and of the the value it brings to their organisations
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key individuals, including through in-person meetings, structured business reviews and client entertainment
· Build a picture of the client’s business drivers and how CloudMargin’s capabilities could benefit them
· Secure clients’ agreement to provide endorsements, case studies or references
Account Planning and Execution
· Prepare key account plans with specific measurable objectives and reflecting guidance of colleagues familiar with the clients
· Identify opportunities to improve the clients’ use of CloudMargin through sharing best practice, communicating recent innovations and reviewing applicable performance metrics
· Monitor satisfaction levels of key client stakeholders and maintain awareness of internal and external threats to the CloudMargin relationship.
Revenue Generation
· Identify specific incremental sales opportunities and manage them through the sales process
· Deliver incremental rev enue in line with ACV targets
· Manage periodic licence renewals to ensure ACV growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner with the designated Client Service Manager for each key account to ensure transparency and appropriate ownership of client requests and follow ups
· Interact with designated Sales buddy for assistance on developing and converting the pipeline of opportunities and for broader guidance on the clients’ business needs
· Work closely with Product to ensure CloudMargin’s current and new capabilities are effectively targeted on the clients’ business needs
Derivatives, Collateral and Liquidity Expertise
· Leverage domain knowledge in capital markets, post-trade derivatives markets, and collateral management to tailor onboarding and relationship management efforts.
· 8+ years collateral management experience in a client-facing role including a strong track record in planning and executing projects
· Direct involvement in business decision making, commercial analysis and/or risk management within financial institutions
· Knowledge of the use of derivatives, repo or liquidity management in banking or investment management sectors, including the impact of regulatory considerations

· Good understanding of different client types, their corresponding business models and business priorities
