Founded in 2009, CLO Virtual Fashion is creating a new ecosystem for digital fashion and provides all clothing-related services from concept to design, manufacturing, marketing, fitting, and styling based on 3D clothing simulation algorithms. 

Our suite of tools (including CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny) streamlines every stage of the garment creation process, while platforms like CLO-SET and CONNECT enable seamless collaboration, content management, and digital asset workflows.

As the demand for immersive, tech-driven fashion solutions grows, CLO continues to expand its global footprint, powered by a rapidly growing international user base and a future-focused vision.

CLO Virtual Fashion is looking for a Business Development Manager based in Paris. to closely work with the Business Development team spread across the other offices as well as the other members of the Paris team to implement 3D garment software into the fashion, apparel, and non-apparel industries. 

Main responsibilities range from presenting the company's vision and products to potential clients, spearheading the implementation and all processes related to it, partnering with the 3D Design & Implementation Team to ensure a successful training and onboarding, as well as analysis of client growth and expansion with clients in Europe and Africa.



  • Account Management: Drive contract renewals for existing clients, managing the full process from renegotiation to invoicing.
  •  Presentation & Negotiation: Pitch and promote our solutions to companies of all sizes from Small Business, Middle Size and large Enterprises including their teams and executives
  • Project Management: Coordinate product demos and training programs in close collaboration with our Team Lead and the 3D Design team. 
  • Client Relations: Build authentic, lasting relationships with clients across all channels (email, phone, and on-site visits).
  • Data Analysis: Leverage historical data and market trends to make our market grow and drive expansion within existing accounts.
  • Global Liaison: Act as a key point of contact with international CLO offices to connect users across the global supply chain.
  • Events & Representation: Plan and deliver engaging presentations at trade shows, seminars, industry conferences, and panel discussions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal and administrative support teams to ensure smooth business operations. 
  • Professional Experience: 3–5 years of full-time experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (excluding internships).
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the apparel industry and the product life cycle management (highly preferred).
  • Tech & SaaS Background: Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment, paired with a genuine passion for emerging digital solutions is a plus
  • Communication & Pitching: Good interpersonal skills and capacity of delivering high-impact presentations to executive decision-makers.
  • Project Execution: Proactive, autonomous mindset with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality business documents and manage projects end-to-end.
  • Teamwork & Mindset: Highly collaborative, open-minded, and comfortable working across multidisciplinary, international teams.
  • Languages: Full professional fluency in French and English (additional languages are a strong plus).
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel periodically for client visits and industry events.
