The Sales Development Representative owns outbound lead generation for CM.com's Event marketing and Ticketing products across the DACH region. You will help event organisers build the best fan experiences with CM ticketing, event apps and AI event marketing/service solutions We already work for the biggest names in live events, think of Tomorrowland, Loveland, Ziggo Dome, F1 Dutch Grand Prix, and more.
This is a first or second step in your commercial career, with real autonomy and a clear path forward. The SDR will work directly with Theresa in Berlin (Account Executive), backed by both sales teams in Volkach and all CM.com colleagues worldwide.
Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, personalised emails, social selling, and key industry events
Research prospects and identify how CM.com's AI-powered platform can create value for their business
Master Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to consistently hit your targets
Identify key decision makers, qualify budget, and hand off sales-ready opportunities to your Account Executive
Use AI tools actively to improve your own work: experiment, automate, and share what works with your team.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree
Experience in a commercial role, preferably in events (music or sports), technology, or leisure
Driven to build a career in (software) sales — or ready to make your first career switch
Strong communicator who views 'No' as just the beginning and uses creativity to push forward
Fluent in German and English
Genuinely curious about AI: you experiment with tools like ChatGPT or Copilot and you're open to working differently as they improve
