The Solutions Consultant sits at the intersection of client needs and what our product and tech teams can deliver, turning challenges into smart, scalable solutions. You’ll deeply understand the product, think analytically, and bring strong commercial acumen to shape solutions that win business and drive long-term success. Working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Account teams, you’ll ensure every solution is clear, compelling, and both desirable for the client and achievable for the business. 
  • Lead in-depth discovery sessions to understand client goals, processes, and technical environments
  • Translate customer needs into clear, scalable solution designs and technical requirements
  • Deliver tailored demos, proof of concepts, and solution walkthroughs that bring the product to life
  • Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment on customer needs
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback to Product and Engineering based on client insights and market trends
  • Partner with Sales and BD teams on deal strategy, proposals, and opportunity qualification
  • Support RFP/RFI responses with accurate, compelling technical and functional detail
  • Influence client decision-making by clearly articulating solution value, feasibility, and outcomes
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams, minimising rework and driving successful implementation
  • Maintain deep product expertise and act as a trusted subject-matter expert across clients and internal teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or similar (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
  • 8+ years’ experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or other client-facing technical roles
  • Proven ability to translate complex client needs into practical, scalable solutions
  • Strong track record supporting enterprise sales, including proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and deal strategy
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Solid understanding of solution architecture, integrations, and implementation considerations
  • Strong awareness of market trends and competitive landscape to inform solution positioning
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
