  • SALES: Legal experience is not required. We are specifically targeting high-performing B2C closers from high-ticket industries such as rehab admissions, luxury automotive, real estate, or similar environments where urgency, emotional intelligence, and closing ability are critical.
  • Consultations & Closing: Handle inbound calls with potential clients and their families, leading high-stakes conversations with confidence, empathy, and a focus on one-call closes whenever possible.
  • Extended Coverage: Top candidates operate with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness, recognizing that client needs do not follow a traditional 9–5 schedule. Critical, time-sensitive inquiries frequently arise during evenings and weekends, and this role requires a willingness to be available during those periods to ensure no opportunity is missed. Candidates should be comfortable managing and responding to high-priority communications outside of standard business hours when necessary.
  • High-Volume Sales Execution: Manage a busy pipeline of consultations, maintaining urgency, focus, and effectiveness across every interaction.
  • Follow-Up & Conversion: Relentlessly follow up with qualified leads who haven’t retained, understanding that persistence is key to winning business.
  • Client Education & Guidance: Clearly explain the firm’s services, value, and process so clients feel confident moving forward.
  • Objection Handling: Navigate common objections (cost, timing, uncertainty, or needing to consult others) and guide conversations toward a decision.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all activity in the CRM (e.g., Lawmatics) to ensure organized, actionable lead flow.
  • Extended Coverage: Support client demand during evenings and weekends to capture time-sensitive opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to prioritize leads, improve performance, and deliver a strong client experience.

              

  • Sales Experience: 5–10+ years of successful sales experience in commission-based or incentive-driven environments where closing is a core responsibility.
  • Closer Mentality: A track record of converting qualified opportunities, with strong instincts around timing, urgency, and asking for the sale.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Ability to connect with people in high-stress situations, build trust quickly, and guide conversations toward action.
  • Resilience & Hustle: Persistent, driven, and proactive in follow-up, someone who treats every opportunity like it matters.
  • Professionalism + Street Smarts: Polished enough to represent a law firm, but practical and adaptable enough to connect with a wide range of clients.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, confident communicator who can control conversations, handle objections, and move people toward decisions.
  • CRM & Organization: Comfortable using CRM systems to manage pipeline, track activity, and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
  • Integrity: High ethical standards and sound judgment required for working in a legal setting.
