Restaurant Host / Table Service (with Barista & Bar Skills)

Honestly Farm Kitchen in Strandhill is a busy, farm-to-fork restaurant, organic burger grill, café and farm shop on the Wild Atlantic Way. We’re known for warm, efficient service, great food, and a lively atmosphere, especially during peak periods.

We’re now recruiting an experienced Restaurant Host / Table Service professional, with barista and bar skills, to join our front-of-house team for an immediate start and through the busy season.

This is a customer-first role, focused on hosting, table service and floor flow, with responsibility for coffee and bar service as part of the wider FOH team.

Full-time and part-time positions available
21–40 hours per week, across daytime, evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and managing the flow of service on the floor
• Delivering friendly, efficient table service in a fast-paced environment
• Taking orders accurately and confidently
• Supporting barista service and beverage preparation during service
• Serving craft beers, wines and cocktails
• Anticipating guest needs and resolving issues calmly and professionally
• Working closely with kitchen and FOH colleagues to ensure smooth service
• Maintaining clean, organised service and bar areas

About You

• Strong table service / restaurant host experience essential
• Confident, warm, and organised under pressure
• Barista experience required
• Bar and cocktail experience an advantage
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A genuine interest in hospitality and great food
