Sales Representative (Courier)

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join the Cape Town team, · Identify and develop new business opportunities within the courier and logistics sector. · Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. · Present and promote courier solutions to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and client meetings. · Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective customers. · Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. · Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. · Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Work collaboratively with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements · Grade 12 · Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Management / Sales and Marketing · Minimum 3 years experience in sales within the courier, logistics, or transportation industry. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients. · Strong networking and relationship-building skills. · Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
