Our mission 🐠 is to foster the world’s transition to a sustainable food system- without asking consumers to compromise on taste, texture, or price.

Our planet 🌎 cannot sustain our current food system; therefore, we believe in producing exceptional alternative products to remove the current strain on our environment and ensure food security for our future ever-growing population.

We are looking for you to lead various commercial, financial and operational topics that drive forward the growth of the company.

This is your opportunity to have an impact on our planet and experience a startup in its early days.

  • Build pipeline of next 500 customers to grow >€1M revenue and beyond
  • Manage a network of contacts, customers and partners, from lead to contract to alliance
  • Develop strategy to expand to new products, segments and markets, including translating customer feedback into RnD initiatives
  • Spend time on the road, at customers, conduct tasting, represent us at events and work strategically in the office (50/50 in the beginning, transitioning to more time on the road towards the end of the year)
  • Be responsible for all communications incl. press, linkedin, instagram and customer-facing documents

Qualifications

  • Ideally Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related
  • 1-3 years of previous work experience in business development or sales - in the food sector is a strong plus
  • A track record of selling successfully
  • Handling a high degree of ownership and self-management; being a team player
  • Fluency in German and English
