We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales development within a fast-growing technology company. The SDR Intern will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, supporting the sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of Flowcode.
Responsibilities

- →Prospect Engagement: Reach out to leads via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce Flowcode’s products and services.
- →Qualification: Assess prospects' needs and determine alignment with Flowcode’s offerings.
- →Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and sales presentations.
- →CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and track lead progress in the CRM system.
- →Market Research: Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and improve sales tactics.
- →Event Participation: Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Flowcode’s brand.
Requirements
~1 min read- Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and clients.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and market trends.
- Motivation: A self-starter with a passion for sales and business development.
