Role Overview

Due to our exciting growth in Belgium, we are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our global team.

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Commercial team and potential partners, you’ll focus 100% on driving new business development.

To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork, all Fresha employees work from the office four days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day each week.

KPIs: Consistently achieve sales targets.

Outreach: Reach out to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social touches to bring in new business (with occasional in-person meetings as appropriate).

Selling: Present, promote, and sell Fresha’s products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.

Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.

Partnering: Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align Fresha’s solutions with partner objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Market Trends: Provide feedback on industry trends to enhance our offerings.

Leads: Engage 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and document outcomes in the CRM.

Business Partnering: Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.

Languages: Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.

Relationship Building: A true hunter and relationship builder.

Organised: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Curiosity: Naturally curious with a strong desire for continuous growth and development.

Added Bonus: Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
