Key Account Manager (Marine business line / English - Spanish /Miami)

GateSource HR Energy & Power Division is partnering with an industry leader, distributor of premium brands for the Marine industry. To support its growth, we are looking for a Sales Operation Manager to play a pivotal role in the organization of their marine business line in the Caribbean region. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the growth of the marine business line across multiple locations in the Caribbean Work closely with General Managers and local Marine Managers to promote and develop existing solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and objectives. Ensure exceptional customer service to cultivate and grow the client base. Analyze financial data and contribute to financial reporting. Introduce new products effectively into the market. Participate in contract negotiations with global accounts. Requirements Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical engineering, business management, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or related roles in the marine industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support teams. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Familiarity with contract negotiations and financial reporting. Knowledge of marine products and services preferred. Post-graduate degree in business management or related areas is a plus.
