We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to power the top of our funnel and create opportunities for our sales team. You’ll be on the front lines—connecting with small business owners and multi-location operators, uncovering their challenges, and introducing them to a better way to manage their teams.

This is a high-velocity, SMB-focused role where activity, curiosity, and consistency are key. You’ll engage prospects across calls, email, and social, qualify opportunities, and generate high-quality pipeline for our Account Executives.

You’re not just booking meetings—you’re running thoughtful discovery, identifying real customer pain, and setting the foundation for successful sales conversations. You thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and are excited to build a career in SaaS sales.

  • Own outbound prospecting across calls, emails, and social channels to generate new pipeline

  • Engage small business owners and multi-location operators, uncovering challenges and identifying strong-fit opportunities

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through consultative discovery conversations

  • Book high-quality meetings that convert into revenue for Account Executives

  • Own and manage your pipeline in Salesforce, prioritizing daily actions that drive results

  • Consistently hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets

  • Confidently communicate the value of Homebase and how we solve real operational challenges

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships to improve outreach and conversion

  • Test messaging, refine outbound strategies, and share insights to help scale our sales motion

  • Stay informed on small business trends, workforce challenges, and the competitive landscape
