Role Summary
The Key Account Manager (AM) at Hubexo is responsible for driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through structured upsell and cross-sell across a portfolio of strategic customers.
This is not a new business hunting role. Instead, you will own commercial growth within existing accounts by:
Expanding product adoption
Increasing Annual Contract Value (ACV)
Driving multi-year agreements
Securing annual upfront payments
Positioning premium data and insight solutions
You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Customer Care, Marketing, and Product teams to maximise customer lifetime value.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Revenue Growth (Primary KPI)
Own upsell and cross-sell revenue targets across your portfolio
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts (ICP1 & ICP2)
Drive multi-product adoption across Hubexo’s solutions
Increase ACV through packaging, bundling, and tier upgrades
Convert contracts into long-term, multi-year agreements
2. Strategic Account Planning
Develop and execute quarterly account plans for top-tier customers
Map stakeholders, buying committees, and economic decision-makers
Identify growth opportunities across business units and regions
Build ROI-driven expansion strategies
3. Commercial & Pricing Excellence
Protect price integrity and minimise unnecessary discounting
Reprice legacy contracts in line with updated pricing frameworks
Eliminate margin leakage and unfavourable terms
Secure long-term agreements aligned with company strategy
4. Executive Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Position Hubexo as a strategic partner, not just a vendor
Shift conversations from price to value and measurable ROI
5. Renewal & Growth Intelligence
Proactively identify churn risks and expansion opportunities
Partner closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on account strategy
Drive early renewals and multi-year conversions
Ensure accurate tracking of risks and opportunities in CRM
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Customer Success to identify adoption gaps and growth triggers
Work with RevOps to ensure contract governance and compliance
Collaborate with Marketing on account-based campaigns
Provide market feedback and competitive insights to leadership
