We are seeking an experienced Sales, Artistry, and Education Executive based in the Atlanta metropolitan area that is passionate about the clean color category and safe, performance driven ingredients. They will be an example and advocate of the ILIA lifestyle and a champion of our in-store presence and client experience. Strong communication skills are critical for this candidate as it will enable them to educate the store teams on our unique point of difference. This position will have a significant impact on our retail sales performance and overall ranking.
This role is open to candidates based in the Atlanta metropolitan area and reports to the Regional Sales Manager of Artistry & Education - Central.
Responsibilities

Train retail store teams on product attributes, ingredients, and application technique; lead by example by displaying ILIA’s core values

Act as a liaison between ILIA and our retail partners, namely in-store and regional leadership

Build & develop a strong, results-driven freelance artistry team
- →
Analyze & maintain regional sales reports and freelance performance ROI
- →
Maintain clear communication with HQ and accounts
- →
Calculate and achieve seasonal and monthly goals for the territory by store
- →
Work at the store level to rectify inventory discrepancies and escalate trends to field leadership
- →
Understand retailer specific cultures and modify approach to achieve success
- →
Develop event activation programs to increase brand presence in critical doors and ensure proper execution
- →
Drive business in region through creativity, education, and field strategy
- →
Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with internal and external business partners resulting in increased understanding of the business and category

Leverage your negotiation skills to secure opportunities to increase brand awareness and visibility in region
