About The Role 🤔:
 
Immutable is rapidly expanding across new markets, partners, and growth products, and we are looking for a Business Development Manager, APAC, to accelerate our next stage of expansion in the most important gaming region in the world. This is a rare opportunity to build and own an entire region from the ground up, driving revenue across a massive greenfield market and shaping how top studios launch, scale, and monetise games on Immutable. You will be the face of Immutable across APAC, identifying, pitching, and closing high-value commercial partnerships that directly power our growth. You will have the autonomy to build your own book of business, experiment with approaches that win, and operate with speed in a fast-moving, hyper-competitive ecosystem. You will work closely with senior leadership while combining commercial execution and strategic thinking to build a predictable engine for revenue across APAC.
  • Proactively originate and close high-value commercial deals with top-tier studios and publishers across the APAC region
  • Build and maintain a strategic pipeline of high-quality opportunities and consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Own and execute the end-to-end go-to-market motion for APAC from segmentation and outreach to negotiation and final contract signature
  • Represent Immutable across the region by attending industry events, building relationships with senior decision makers, and amplifying our brand narrative
  • Feed deep regional insights back into Product, Marketing, and Engineering to influence roadmap, positioning, and competitive strategy
  • Run disciplined deal cycles with strong forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene, and clear communication to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner closely with leadership to evolve the GTM strategy and identify new vectors of growth as the business scales
  •  
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise BD or sales across gaming, AdTech, MarkTech, B2B tech, or high growth startups
  • Top consultants welcome, especially those who have shifted from strategy or management consulting into commercial or go to market roles and now want to own revenue outcomes end to end
  • A proven track record of sourcing, shaping, and closing large complex deals with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • Demonstrated success building greenfield pipeline in a new region or new market category
  • Commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to deeply understand studio needs and connect them to product value
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, able to craft high conviction pitches and run executive level conversations
  • Operational rigour across CRM, forecasting, and deal execution with a bias for action in fast paced environments
  • High learning velocity with the ability to adapt quickly to new products, markets, and customer segments
  • Full professional proficiency in Mandarin is required, both written and spoken.
  • Relationships with top gaming studios across APAC
  • Experience as a founding or early-stage Sales or Business Development Manager
  • Prior exposure to game monetisation or rewards
  • Experience selling marketing, growth, or infrastructure platforms to game studios
  • Background in consulting or strategy with transition into BD or sales
