✓Implement the commercial strategy within the assigned area and channels.
✓Working closely with the Senior Sales Manager to assure a right “push & pull “ approach.
✓Manage and develop customer relationships, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
✓Create and execute customer and area development plans, identifying growth opportunities.
✓Collaborate with the distributor team to ensure balance and consistency across territories.
✓Drive turnover growth by optimizing product distribution, sales volumes and product mix.
✓Support new business development and monitor competitive activities, sharing insights with the team.
✓Education: Preferable degree and background in economics or equivalent experience. Appreciated a technical training in the food sector.
✓Professional Skills: Customer’s relation & negotiation; Capability to score new business; Ability to analyze numbers; Forecasting techniques; Project Management; Products: general knowledge about food ingredients.
✓Experience: 3+ years of experience in the specific role, in B2B companies within the food sector.
✓Language Skills: Proficient in Dutch & French
✓Computer Skills: MS office (Excel) mandatory, CRM/salesforce
✓Behavioural Requirements: Focused on results; Problem solving; Communication & Negotiation; High energy and positive attitude; Proactive; Time management.
✓Others: availability to travel for more than 75% of the time.
