You’ll be part of Viaduct Leasing Limited, which provides reception, catering, building facilities and meeting room services to KPMG and Dentons Kensington Swan.

As the Catering Coordinator and Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our onsite café, serving Partners, staff, clients and guests of KPMG and Dentons Kensington Swan and helping create a welcoming, premium experience every morning. 
 
This role is permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily with overtime flexibility needed to also provide support to the catering team on a variety of catering functions on a day-to-day basis.
 
The role forges strong relationships to effect delivery of high quality service with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, problem solving and delivery.
  • Run all aspects of the staff coffee service from 8am – 12:30pm.
  • Prepare and deliver client coffee orders to the meeting rooms.
  • Clear meeting rooms of all dishes and cups on an ongoing basis throughout the day.
  • Order supplies including coffee, soft drinks, and equipment for the café.
  • Liaise and build strong relationships with external suppliers.
  • Help ensure stock is kept at appropriate levels in the café and assist with stocktake.
  • Help the catering team set up for meetings, breakfast, morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas and evening functions as required by staff.
  • Help the catering team with events outside of the café core hours as and when needed.
  • Make sure the kitchen/ café area is kept clean and tidy at all times. 
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene, food delivery and discipline in the café.
  • Miscellaneous duties as required to fulfil the nature of the position.
  • Previous Barista experience is essential.
  • Flexibility in working hours - given the nature of the role, you may need to start early, and work late where required.
  • A focus on providing quality customer service.
  • An interest in food and food hygiene.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Superior personal presentation.
  • A good sense of humour
  • General computer skills.
