The Job

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own and scale forecasting, pipeline governance, commercial processes, and revenue operations across regions and partners.

This role sits within Commercial Excellence and is responsible for ensuring that our revenue engine is predictable, data-driven, and consistently executed. Combining Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, and Deal Desk responsibilities, you will provide operational governance and hands-on support across the entire revenue lifecycle.

Working closely with Sales, Partner Management, Customer Success, Lifecycle & Renewals, and Finance teams, you will drive forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, commercial execution, and operational excellence across the business.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own and support global forecasting across new business, renewals, and expansion, driving forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and revenue predictability.
  • Monitor pipeline health, coverage, velocity, conversion rates, and deal progression trends while identifying risks, gaps, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain forecasting methodologies, opportunity stage governance, qualification standards, and forecast inspection processes using Salesforce and Clari.
  • Manage Salesforce as the single source of truth for commercial data, ensuring governance, data quality, workflows, reporting consistency, and system adoption.
  • Support commercial execution through opportunity administration, quote creation, CPQ processes, pricing governance, quote-to-cash workflows, and continuous process improvement.
  • Deliver reporting, dashboards, and insights covering pipeline health, forecast accuracy, bookings, renewals, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Execute and improve end-to-end revenue processes including Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Close, Quote-to-Booking, Contract Management, Renewals, and related CPQ workflows.
  • Support Deal Desk operations by ensuring booking readiness, commercial controls, approval workflows, pricing governance, and audit-ready execution.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Lifecycle & Renewals, Partner Management, and Finance teams to drive operational consistency and scalable commercial processes.
  • Support operational cadences including forecast reviews, pipeline inspections, QBRs, Sales All Hands, leadership reporting, and strategic revenue initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach with high standards for accuracy and execution quality.
  • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
  • Ability to drive process adoption, operational discipline, and data quality across distributed regional teams.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Deal Desk functions within B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Proven experience with forecasting, pipeline management, revenue analytics, and commercial governance.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience including reporting, workflows, validation rules, quoting processes, and commercial process management.
  • Experience with CPQ platforms, pricing governance, deal execution, commercial approvals, contract workflows, and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Experience with GTM technology ecosystems such as Salesforce, Clari, CPQ platforms, quoting solutions, enablement technologies, and automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue processes from lead generation through bookings, renewals, retention, and expansion.
  • Experience with Deal Desk operations, booking controls, approval workflows, renewal operations, or lifecycle management is advantageous.
  • Experience working in multi-region and partner-driven enterprise sales environments is preferred.
