Dishwasher

Mfinite Consulting is hiring Dishwashers to operate the dish room and maintain sanitation of kitchen equipment in support of dietary services at the New Hampshire Veterans Home. This is a hands-on role that keeps the kitchen running safely and smoothly while directly supporting the team preparing meals for veteran residents.

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:15 PM

• →Operate dishwasher and/or food disposal equipment safely and efficiently.
• →Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.
• →Clean and sanitize floors, prep surfaces, and the dish room area according to facility protocols.
• →Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation or cleaning tasks as needed.
• →Maintain a safe, organized, and sanitary dish room work area.
• →Support the dietary team with other kitchen and sanitation duties as assigned.

• Ability to operate a dishwasher and/or food disposal unit.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push carts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Prior food service or dish room experience preferred, but not required.
• Flexibility to work indoors and/or outdoors depending on event needs.

Per NHVH contract requirements, all candidates must complete the following prior to their start date:

• Criminal background check (National Criminal Records Check or NH Release of Criminal Record Authorization).
• BEAS State Registry check.
• OIG Exclusion List screening at hire, with monthly re-screening thereafter.
• Annual Conviction Disclosure Attestation.
• Fitness-for-duty attestation, and physical/drug testing where applicable.
• Review and attestation of NHVH policies and procedures at hire and annually.
• Note: Former NHVH employees are not eligible for placement without prior NHVH approval.
